Easy Baked Cauliflower French Style

  • Pre-heat oven to 400F.
  • In a small food processor mix the garlic, herbs, salt and oil, until a smooth cream is formed.
  • Clean the cauliflower removing the bottom leaves and hard core.
  • Slice the cauliflower into inch thick slices.
  • Place the cauliflower slices and pieces (it will crumble and break a bit) on a large cookie sheet.
  • Brush with the garlic and oil cream, using a pastry brush or a fork.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the bottom part is brown, then flip the pieces and bake for another 15 minutes, until the other side is also browned.
  • Serve warm as a side-dish to meats or chicken.
