Ingredients

  • .5 c tigernut flour
  • .5 c coconut flakes unsweetened
  • .25 c coconut oil
  • .25 c collagen peptides
  • 8 medjool dates pitted
  • .25 tsp cinnamon
  • .25 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or bullet blender. Process until well blended and combined, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.

  2. Shape into 12-13 balls with your hands.
  3. Place balls on a plate or small sheet pan and put into freezer for about 10 minutes, or just long enough to firmly set.
  4. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator or at room temperature
