Slow Cooker Crack Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 0.25 lb Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.50 tsp Dried Dill
- 0.50 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 0.50 tsp Sea Salt
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker except cream cheese and cook on “low” setting for 4-6 hours.
- Shred chicken and return to slow cooker with cream cheese.
- Cook additional 5-10 minutes or until cream cheese warms and starts to melt. Mix everything in slow cooker.
