Rice Flour Waffles
Ingredients:
- 1.33 c Rice Flour
- 0.25 c Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.50 tsp Sea Salt
- 3 Eggs large
- 4 tbsp Avocado Oil plus additional for waffle iron, if needed
- 1 c Water or milk of choice
Instructions:
- Preheat waffle iron. If using a waffle iron without a non-stick coating, brush additional avocado oil before each waffle is added.
- In a large bowl, mix to combine all ingredients. The batter will be fairly thick.
- Pour 3/4 cup of batter, or manufacturer's recommended amount, into the center of the hot waffle maker. Close lid.
- Cook for approximately 4 to 6 minutes or until waffle iron stops steaming. Carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings, if desired.
