  • Preheat waffle iron. If using a waffle iron without a non-stick coating, brush additional avocado oil before each waffle is added.
  • In a large bowl, mix to combine all ingredients. The batter will be fairly thick.
  • Pour 3/4 cup of batter, or manufacturer's recommended amount, into the center of the hot waffle maker. Close lid.
  • Cook for approximately 4 to 6 minutes or until waffle iron stops steaming. Carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings, if desired.
