  • .25 bunches kale chopped
  • 0.25 c onions yellow, sliced
  • 0.25 c mushrooms sliced
  • 0.25 c butternut squash cubed
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • .5 tsp onion powder
  • .5 tsp garlic powder


  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add avocado oil.
  2. Add the butternut squash, mushrooms, and onions to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the kale to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, garlic, and onion powders.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
