Easy Broccoli Cabbage Slaw
Ingredients:
- 0.25 c Red Onions minced
- .5 lb Red Cabbage shredded (can find this in you produce section, or shred your own)
- .5 lb Broccoli Slaw find this in your produce section
- .5 c Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Stir together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add onion, cabbage, and broccoli slaw mix.
- Toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least an hour before serving.
