Chili Roasted Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- .25 bunches Fresh Cilantro rinsed and chopped for garnish
- 1 Limes zest and wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place chicken on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and turn to coat. Rub with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast chicken thighs until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime zest and juice.
