AIP Marinated Flank Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Flank Steak
- .5 c Coconut Aminos Or Tamari
- .5 c Water
- .5 c Red Wine Vinegar
- .25 c Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
Instructions:
- Place steak in shallow glass baking dish.
- Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
- Pour over steak; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain steak and place on broiler pan.
- Broil on high 6 minutes per side (rare).
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
